The Bowfishing Association of America is holding their annual World shoot July 28 and 29th out of Kuttawa, Kentucky. If you like to bowfish, you'll enjoy this event.

There's a charity 'fun' shoot Friday night at the Barkley dam ramp on the Cumberland River.
Fri July 27th Barkley Dam Ramp-- All proceeds go to NASP ( National Archery in Schools Program)
May trailer between Cumberland and Tennessee rivers only
****Barkley and Kentucky Lakes and Ohio River are off limits.****
Register 6:00pm -7:00 pm Tournament from 7 PM -11 PM ( Short/sweet)
$30 per boat 2-3 man teams includes big fish pot (3 divisions)
Payback will be prizes - money goes to NASP 1st,2nd,3rd places
Door prizes to be given away
FORMAT- BIG 5 fish of different species.
:If a team has 5 different species and another team has only 4 but larger the team with 5 different fish still wins
Big fish prizes to 3 divisions: Common Carp, Gar, Buffalo
Fish species :
1) Bighead/silver (count as same species) 7) Paddlefish/spoonbill
2) Gar (all count as same species) 8) Grass carp
3) Buffalo (all count as same species) 9) suckers
4) Catfish (all count as same species) 10) skipjack
5) Shad 11) Drum
6) Common carp 12) Grenel
Etc,Etc.
