Wife and I went to Washington County State Park this morning, and we caught over a dozen or so cats!

All good eatin size..... The biggest one was 2 1/2 pounds, and the smallest 1 1/2 pounds!

Frying them up tomorrow for dinner! :D

Those are great! Ya know - I have a couple pals who swear by the catfishing there.. but I've never had very good luck.... glad you guys had a great day and such good fishing!!!

The only bites I've ever gotten at Washington Co. were from mosquitoes. Nice catch Bullman.

Washington County is a nice lake. What I have found is that everybody seems to want to beat the bank.

But, every fish I have caught there has been in 15 feet of water. We used slip bobbers and were achored about 50 feet from the bank; and fishing at about the 20 foot range.

We have had luck in the coves with stumps or brush using Sonnys, usually in May or June.
