Would have been asking to much for him to get completely in front of the cam I guess.
I zoomed in (only 4.1mp cam though) and it looks like the main beam may be starting, hows it look to you ?
Right side of picture, if you didn't see it.

And, tht original vine isn't there in the doe pic. You went and cut it down didn't ya? LOL!
Otherwise, it was bone with NO velvet...:D

In the picture I enlarged you can see what looks like a line running down the point or vine (not the main beam/vine:rolleyes:) I think that is where the velvet starts/stops.

Hey Flat....your deer are starting to look up into the trees too!:)
Flat, when you gonna get a super wide angle lens?
Or a panoramic trail cam?
In the picture I enlarged you can see what looks like a line running down the point or vine (not the main beam/vine:rolleyes:) I think that is where the velvet starts/stops.
I see now, Gotcha!
All the deer I'm seeing up here all in velvet still. Does look like antlers to me.
Do you think the (doe with the vine) on the head is the same buck in the first pic?? If it is it kinda looks like it still has velvet.
The one on the right is hard to tell and the line we see could be a small vine/stem hanging down in front or between antlers.
Although I did see a couple last evening that look like the tips may be starting to peel off velvet, but they were to far away to tell for sure. It is about time for them to start shedding their velvet. So could be.
