I had to come up w/ something new for the team breakfast Sat AM so here is what I made:

Hardboil an egg....pat out some good lean pork sausage...roll it up around said peeled egg....sprinkle on some garlic & pepper and throw it in the smoker for about 3-4 hrs. Slice in half and dig in. I really like mine w/ some hollandaise on it.

Looking good DDave. So do you stand there with your hollandaiseover a double boiler, or cheat and use the method I do where you have your eggs and stuff in a blender and drizzle in your hot butter while whizzing it? (A trick I learned from the Frugal Gourmet back a couple decades ago.)

I didn't know Knorr had a hollandaise mix. And here I've always done it either the hard way (easy to break your sauce if you don't stop in time) or the blender.

It's pretty good stuff for a premix. Just add a cup of milk and a half stick of butter.
