That doesn't look like fried squirrel - that looks like it came from KFC.

Nice shots.

It's my secret batter recipie! I've been perfecting it for years...I'll never tell! Friends have told me I could win a chicken-fry contest. BUT, unlike KFC, mine is not at all greasy, which makes it much better if you ask me. :)

Nope, I wish. It's a Calphalon, but still a very, very nice knife. As you can see I always have my sharpening stone with me in the kitchen...these Calphalons can go dull, but a few passes with the stone and they're sharp as the dickens! My chopping Calphalon wants to chop through the cutting board she's so sharp! I would argue that good knife maintinence will keep almost any knife in good shape...I'm always surprised when folks come over for dinner and they ask if they can do anything to help, I tell them they can sharpen the knives and I pull out the stone and they're like, "What's that thing?" ha!;)

Very nice Junkyard. Looks like you know what you're doing with those knives. LOL Glad to hear you like to keep 'em sharp. Nothing more useless than a dull knife...except Barney Frank, Dick Durbin and...ah never mind.
