Chantrelles, Hens, Fresh Raw Shrimp, scallions, Oyster sauce, Bay Scallops, Kikoman Soy sauce, special spices, minced garlic, butter, simmered till nice consistency. Served over buttered flat oriental noodles, covered in cheese.
