Grilled T-bones, grilled asparagus with butter garlic and onion sauce, and Chantrelles in Brandy Cream Sauce. The recipe is on page 305 of 100 Edible Mushrooms by Michael Kuo. This is a book Gretchen recommended back during morel season.

The chantrelles tasted great and stood up well to the flavor of the beef. All this was followed up with homemade peach ice cream that I made this afternoon.
