Almost time for the 5th annual Innerloc Illinois State Championship! The shoot will once again be held on the Illinois River in Henry Illinois on July 18th & 19th. Ill paste all the info and directions after this.

New for this year will be our meet and greet on Sat. starting at noon. We will be frying up gator and stingray as well as running the BBQs for all shoot participants. At 6;30 we will hold a door prize drawing for all participants. The food and prizes are all included with your entry fee.
The Illinois is home to the infamous flying fish, and you will see a ton of them out there. If you shoot the largest fish (non silver carp) of the night with an Innerloc point you will win $500.

Also the shoot will be filmed for Innerlocs Out There TV once again. Here is last years show....

Also new for this year, the History Channel will be sending a film crew to film the bowfishing for a documentary.

INNERLOC PRE-SHOOT MEET & GREET
We will be having a Meet & Greet prior to the Innerloc shoot this July 18th on the Illinois River in Henry Illinois starting at noon.

Corey from the TV show "Innerloc`s Out Threre" will be bringing a whole mess of gator meat from a recent Fla. trip, and I hope to bring back a bunch of stingray meat from Fla early in the month for the friers, and we will also be grilling hotdogs and have all the sides.

We will also be doing our prize table drawings before the shoot at 6pm. Our prize table is bigger than ever this year....Ill post a pic of the stuff here shortly. So you will need to be at the shoot and registered by 6pm to get in on the prize table.

INNERLOC STATE CHAMPIONSHIP RULES
Innerloc Illinois State Bowfishing Championship
July 18th, 6pm till July 19th 8am
Henry Illinois
Illinois River from BELOW Starved Rock Dam to ABOVE Peoria Dam

Dual Format, Numbers and Big 30 (only 10 silver carp allowed in big 30)

$30 Entry Fee-fee per shooter, will be split between Numbers and Big 30 division

Optional Multi Species Big Fish Pots at $10. ALL members of team must be entered in big fish pots if they wish to take part in big fish pots.

BAA Sanctioned

$500 prize for the largest non-silver carp taken with an Innerloc point. All boats will be inspected for Innerloc points and checked off before the shoot .

Trailering allowed. Participants must follow all ramp rules as set by Illinois DNR.

No nets, or spears allowed in boats.

All fish entered in big 30, as well as Innerloc fish must be seperated from teams catch when it is your turn to be weighed and counted. No sorting of fish allowed at the time you are being counted. If fish are not seperate team will be disqualified from big 30.

Pay out will be from 1st-3rd if boats are 25 or less. 1st thru 4th for 25-35 boat and 1st thru 5th for 35+ boats.

Boats must stay a min of 20 yards from other boats at all times.

DIRECTIONS TO HENRY & THE SHOOT
If you are travelling south to get here, take Interstate 39 south from Interstate 80 to the State Route 18 exit (Streator - Henry exit) and turn right, Route 18 will take you about 13 miles into Henry. turn left at teh foot of the bridge, the riverfront will be on your left.
You could also take Interstate 180 South from Interstate 80. Stay to the right on I-180 until it becomes State Route 29. Stay on SR 29 south until you come to the stop sign in Henry. Turn left onto State Route 18 and follow it through town to the foot of the bridge, where you will turn right and go two blocks to the Legion Hall.

If you are travelling north to get to Henry, take State Route 29 out of Peoria on the west side of the river, or State Route 26 on the easat side of the river. About 32-35 miles north is State Route 18. Turn right on SR 18 if you are on SR29, Left on SR18 if You are on SR26.
Or, from I80, take I39 south to the State Route 18 exit (Streator - Henry exit) and turn right, Route 18 will take you about 13 miles into Henry. turn left at the foot of the bridge, the riverfront will be on your left.
