was not hitting good at all. The water was fast and very stained. Only caught a very small sauger...Shooter66 caught a nice white and few small sauger. It just wasn't happening today.

So we decided to try a little bowfishing:D

Took out the Barracuda and I must have missed a dozen fish...Just very difficult see them in the stained water, then only a second or two at that...Anyway we had fun chasing the Gar. :)

Shooter66 got 2 nice gar and I shot a nice sized one maybe 12-15 lbs? then missed another about twice that size! :(

Thanks guys for cleaning some of them out of there. You're work's just begun. We were fishing there last weekend and the only bites we got were undersized saugers and gar.

Duke, that was me and my cousin out there bowfishing in the same cove as you all - the two younger guys in the PolarKraft. We had a tough time shooting them right there, too. They surfaced then dropped too fast like you said.

Just like carpsniper did, we were commenting on how nice of a bowfishin boat you've got. Good thing you didn't land that bighead you saw my cousin shoot - it was a bloody mess.

LOL... Alright...Alright..;):cool: I just got through cleaning it up last monday...it was a mess. Took most of the day to get the blood,mud,fish slim, etc :eek:... out!

I also stopped and power washed it after we left, heck didn't even have the fish tub with me!...:eek:

It's a Fishing boat, but -Hyphenated- with some Bowfishing, etc.... Believe it or not it DOES get dirty...
