Grilled pork chops, asparagus, and fried mushrooms!

...and since it's the recipe forum...

Marinated the pork chops in juice from half a lemon, olive oil, garlic, oregano, course salt/ fresh ground pepper (didn't measure), then grill!

Marinated the asparagus in lemon juice and olive oil, sprinkle with coarse salt, then grill.

Mushrooms - egg wash, flour, salt/pepper...can't get much easier than that!

Best dinner I've had in quite a while!

well, marinate may not be technically correct. I tossed it in the lemon juice / oil and let it set while I got everything else staged up and ready to go. :)

Looks wonderful. I'll have to give a try. Except for the shrooms. (thats just because I don't have any).
