2007 Deer Application Inquiry System link,is in on the DNR web site, now. So the draw should be done.

I did get both of my first choices. :)

I got a couple full season tags as did my boy and the rest who applied in our group.

So another year of hunting the best place in the country to go after some beautiful whitetails - Southern Illinois!

I have had invites to hunt deer in all kinds of places and could have easily paid the money and went. But theose places are not where I WANT to be hunting.

I got my 2nd season Crab orchard permit. I still want to apply for St. Clair full season too, but on the permit app it says if you attempt to get more than one permit befor Sept 7, all permits will be revoked.

I know in years past as soon as I get my first one I send off for the second lottery and haven't never gotten booted. has this always been the case?

i always thought if you were in first lottery you had ta wait till random daily. i got my two Williamson, i'll wait till random and try ta get a few more. man i like shooting does with the 12 gauge, good way ta thin the herd.

Mine was approved for full season as well as my father-in-law, both for jasper county.
