I have a video camera that does something similar.
It will take a picture and leaves it on the screen while you record video over top of it.
You can fade the picture as much as you like.


Dont ask what that feature is called because I dont know. LOL

I put the dam pic up first and then put our son on there next layer and then resized them to fit and then made it 81% opacity..I just started messing with them .....it's kinda neat though....
