Just think its easier to filet them.....

I agree its easier to filet them but that doesn't leave much left.

Try one fish next time.
Scale it and fry it with a very light Andy's breading, with some light oil in a cast iron skillet.

Do you buy sunflowers seeds in the shell or shelled?
If you like sunflower seeds you know what I mean.
Sure it takes work, but its much better.
