We have been finding alot of morel mushrooms this week, not as many as some of you but quite a few non-the-less. I was actually getting tired of dusting them in flour and pan frying them but I found another very delicious way to prepare and eat them. I'm sure many of you already know this but if you don't try it, its tasty. Just saute the morels in butter with no flour for awhile and then add some cream or half & half and let them simmer till they thicken up a bit. Man, thats good eating!!!
