I'm heading down to Crab orchard for second season hunt. I killed a nice 9 pt down there last year. There's some gnarly terrain down there compared to what I'm used to, that was a heck of a drag. It should be good hunting with the weather dropping out. I'll just have watch out for city-slicken Yoopers.:eek:

I'll be down along the river someplace with my muzzleloader... my boat is still broken, but I can walk.

i live next to Crab and yes we have some rough terrain but we still got big deer. saw a nice 8 three year old with a hot doe tonight. callin for rain, should be all kinds of fun. Good luck to all, be safe and watch out for orange.
