Well this must be the Year of the Beaver as I now know were at least 3 of them are at. This is a 2 different locations. One location in is a creek the other in a lake.

He's been doing a lot of spring low limb pruning.
Thats a big beaver!!!! I agree with ya on the year of the beaver.:eek::eek::eek: I am still getting calls from people wanting me to come trap some beaver thats eating their trees. I tell them i only have so many traps and snares and all of them are set for beaver already. Season goes out at the end of the month. One guy said he didn't care about any season, he just wanted them GONE!!!!! I didn't return his calls after that.

Do they issue nuance permits for beaver? I know a place up by Horseshoe Lake in Granite City that was flooded due to beaver clogging up a culvert.

I need to leave the guy a towel to dry off with. The slick wet fur doesn't look good in the photos. I prefer a fluffy dry coat of fur.
